Thinh is an accomplished executive with more than two decades of senior management experience at successful manufacturing and start-up companies, including Dynacast International, Bloom Energy, Eaton Corporation and United Technologies. He has held roles focused on operational excellence, advanced research, and revenue growth in worldwide, multi-site locations. Thinh Pho has been with Williams since May of 2022. As President and General Manager, he draws on his extensive manufacturing, financial, and business development skills to drive both short and long-term strategic planning and profitability for the business.<\/p>\n

Eliseo Guajardo joined Williams in the new role of Senior Vice President of Operations in early 2023. In her Technical Program Management position at Dynacast, Rocio successfully managed new product introductions from design to quality approval and oversaw all aspects of production, manufacturing, and production control. Rocio was instrumental in leading the execution and transition of various manufacturing product lines across multiple plants.<\/p>\n
During her tenure at Bloom Energy, Rocio managed project launches for a new facility in Chihuahua, MX. She was responsible for implementing procedures, conducting cross-training, and generating business reviews using direct and indirect labor analysis. She has industrial engineering experience at Hawker Beechcraft and Honeywell Aerospace in Chihuahua, MX.<\/p>\n
